About Us

Madhav KRG Skill Development Center is an initiative guided strongly by the values of Madhav Helping Hands Foundation on the ethos of “Skill, Education, and Awareness”.The Skill development programs is an effective approach to develop sustainable livelihood of youths towards upliftment of their socio-economic status and self-sustainability. It will focus and contribute in multi development aspects of sustainability, which includes Empowerment and Engagement of community and Job Oriented Skills Enhancement leading to social economic development of the target community.

Adopting community participation (target group) approach, the project will endeavour to create “Sustainable Livelihood” with vibrant and economic upliftment of target group. The deliverables and outcomes of the project are tangible and measurable. The project not only aligns with Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013 but also reckons local relevance for equitable, inclusive, and sustainable growth.

Objective of the Project

To provide training, testing and certification of marginalized sections of the Society and aiding in livelihood promotion in backward and remote areas as well as help the marginalized sections gain meaningful employment leading to their social and economic upliftment.

Scope of Work

The project initiate by identification and mobilization of trainees through a screening process. The selected candidates (Subject to a minimum of 25 ) candidates, per batch per trade) shall undergo ‘In-class Training’ and ‘Hands-on-Training’ in proportion of 30% and 70% respectively for three months. Four trades are running: Astt. Electrician, Fitter, Welder & Business Correspondent & Business Facilitator. Free of cost skill training have been provided to the youth.

Regular assessment of candidates shall be done on weekly, monthly and on the basis of the Final Te st at the end of the Training sessions. Successful trainees shall be issued certificates and provided placement assistance.

Hands-on-training/Onsite exposure

In order to enable the trainees to develop the actual skills and prepare them for the intended jobs, 70% training focus is on providing hands-on-training to the trainees

Assessment process

For the evaluation and assessment process we shall engage a third party (Assessment Agency) duly authorized by NSDC/ SSC for conduct of final assessment of trainees and award of certificates to all successful trainees.
